Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
“Where would I be if I started 5 years ago?”
That’s the most common question a guy can ask himself every day.
Most of us were spending precious time on social media, at parties, oversleeping… I was no exception.
Not overweight, but still a fat kid nonetheless, who was judged immediately by how he looked, with no room for respect. That period of my life changed me dramatically.
Followed by 7 freaking years full of research, trial, and error on topics that separate high-value men from the average.
l tested everything you can think of – 200 push-ups, ab workouts, running every day, calisthenics, gym (3/4/5/6/7 days a week), 6 hours of sleep (Arnold’s idea), every diet, fasting…
And when I got all the right answers, the UpliftedMVMT was established. I simply wish that I had had this knowledge 5 years ago.
The purpose of UpliftedMVMT is to completely turn your life around in the right direction, and not waste precious time.
