After 7 years of training and dieting, I have discovered an unmatched approach to fitness about which no one talks in the fitness industry. I’m offering it to you now.

The goal of my coaching is NOT to get you shredded for summer in two months, and then go back to the old habits in September. My goal is to help you develop sustainable habits, that will naturally turn into a lifestyle.

Still, as you can see on these guys, the main focus remains on results. But we will achieve them through changes with no hunger in the kitchen or joint pain in the gym. 

What’s more, if you decide you want to finish with coaching, you’ll leave with no urge to come back to the old habits. You can comfortably continue on your own.

Expectations = Reality

I would like to get to know you as best as possible. That’s why right at the start, you will receive a Google form. The purpose is to find out more about:

  • How you have trained to this point 
  • What your lifestyle has been
  • What your day looks like
  • Basic goals and what you want help with the most
  • What you have eaten 
  • Supplements you have taken
  • And basic measurements

So I can adapt accordingly to your current way of living and prepare plans tailored to you. 

After you fill out the form, you will get access to my calendar and we will have a call (for free, don’t worry) to discuss the best approach to your current situation.

You are not forced to pay right now, the options are for you to choose. When you click the button, you will be transported to the google form, and then we will chat about how you can improve.

Weekly 1-on-1 calls

 Every Sunday, we will meet up on a Google Meet call, to summarize a whole week’s performance and prepare for the next one with minor improvements.



Body scan

 Do you fear that workouts and diet won’t deliver the promised results in time? At the start, we will scan your whole body, test it to its limits, find out what diet is the best, when to sleep, how to progress in the gym, the right supplementation… And will make enormous progress in no time



Personal workout plans

 After the initial Google form, we will discuss an optimal way of training that fits your routine. The point is to be comfortable with the plan, so if you find some exercise painful, or inadequate, we will find an alternative easily.



Custom meal prep

Chicken, rice, and broccoli three times per day is NOT the way meal preps work in my coaching. We will look at what you have eaten so far, and work together to find more suitable alternatives. You can still enjoy your favorite foods from time to time nonetheless.



Live video calls in the gym

 For total control of the proper training and technique, we can schedule a call while you are in the gym and I will walk you through your whole workout, watching out the technique,  and will give you live advice and alternative recommendation for exercises.



Setting up a Routine

 Not every routine is suitable for everyone. That’s why we will look at your responsibilities, time management, work, and free time, and make a room for improvement in fitness. sleep, meal prep… Flexibility is the key here.

We will breakdown together every video you’ll send me, learn the technique, consider other variations of the exercise and offer advice to everything you consider important



Quiting Bad Habits

If you have some habits that won’t let you sleep in the night but are difficult to quit, I will help you with the process and we will set up healthy alternatives (this includes anything regarding physical, mental, or spiritual health)

I’m available to answer any questions regarding working out, nutrition, sleep, meditation, supplements, routine, work, testosterone, running, and exercise techniques practically anytime.
