Hi, I’m Vojtech Šujan

I train guys anywhere from 15 to 45 how to get in shape (and stay in shape), how to get rid of bad habits and replace them with productive alternatives… but mainly how to look better, feel better, and how to uplift to their greatest potential.

From fat to fit to bulky to ripped

Well, I’ve got a story for you.

You are probably wondering why I’m entitled to teach you anything if you are on this page.

I’m sure that at one point in your life, you tried to make a 180-degree comeback in any form of health… and failed sooner than later because you couldn’t stick to it, didn’t make any progress because of a lot of mistakes, or just felt stuck.
I experienced all three.
Seven years ago, I was the definition of a skinny-fat guy. I didn’t have muscles where I needed and had a ton of fat where I didn’t need.
And I could see the judgment in people’s eyes, with no room for respect whatsoever. And as my friends started to look better and train harder (this was vital), I had no choice but to change something dramatically.

And you guessed it, I did the most viral thing back then – 200 push-ups for 30 days. And I did it for two months…
Obviously, I made some beginner progress but it was wasted two months.
Then my main focus became abs and I trained them 6 times a week, with no other parts involved (don’t know what to think about it right now).
To sum up, I wasted the first two years and have never experienced those beginner gains.
But I learned a lot. And studied a ton.
I applied everything while quarantine happened and had the best physique so far. Finally with some gains.
With that, my bad habits started to fade away and I learned to make a routine out of beneficial ones, with a whole day of productive work.
And you could think out the rest.
An endless cycle of cutting and bulking… learning from my own mistakes…Hitting my biggest weight, then cutting to my lowest body fat…
The point is that I missed a lot at the start because of my lack of knowledge and my ego, and my job right now is to teach you how to NOT make those mistakes.
That’s the main reason why I became a personal trainer in the first place.
And so, if you want to learn, to grow, to do better for your own good or for others, I have everything prepared for you when it comes to physical, mental, or spiritual health.
If you like reading more, then I recommend my self-improvement books. There’s everything I learned over the 7 years, my advice, practical tips, everything explained so that 8-year-olds could understand that.
