Hi, I’m Vojtech Šujan

I train guys anywhere from 15 to 45 how to get in shape (and stay in shape), how to get rid of bad habits and replace them with productive alternatives… but mainly how to look better, feel better, and how to uplift to their greatest potential.

From fat to fit to bulky to ripped

I applied everything while quarantine happened and had the best physique so far. Finally with some gains.

With that, my bad habits started to fade away and I learned to make a routine out of beneficial ones, with a whole day of productive work.

And you could think out the rest.

An endless cycle of cutting and bulking… learning from my own mistakes…Hitting my biggest weight, then cutting to my lowest body fat…

The point is that I missed a lot at the start because of my lack of knowledge and my ego, and my job right now is to teach you how to NOT make those mistakes.

That’s the main reason why I became a personal trainer in the first place.

And so, if you want to learn, to grow, to do better for your own good or for others, I have everything prepared for you when it comes to physical, mental, or spiritual health.
