I laughed when I was told stretching would build me more muscle… but when I experienced this!
This great personal trainer in my gym once asked me:” Hey man, I have never seen you stretch, do you tend to do it later at home?”
I laughed in my head and answered no. “Do you know that stretching actually boosts your muscle growth while sleeping?”
I weirdly looked at him and just said:” No, but I’m good, thanks.”
